When you upload a PDF, OkraPDF automatically:
- Extracts text using Google Document AI OCR
- Detects entities — tables, figures, charts, signatures
- Structures data — preserves headers, rows, columns
- Calculates confidence — flags items that may need review

Verify your extraction
Not sure if the extraction is accurate? Use side-by-side view:- Click any extracted table or figure
- The original PDF page appears alongside
- Compare visually — spot any OCR errors
- Edit if needed — AI suggests corrections
Chat with your document
Have questions about your document? Use the chat feature:- Open your document
